Heckington Show 24/25 July. This event will be reviewed in March. Set up camp on the 23rd. NG34 9JF

You can of course sleep in your authentic tent but there is no accommodation for caravans and motor homes as these cannot be accommodated in the car park. Approximately 200 yards down the road is a private camp site (NG34 9RX) phone Dave on 07500 333110 to book a site.



Driffield Steam Fair 31st July/1st August YO25 9DN

Because we are booked to do the Driffield Game & Country Fair next weekend any OLS Member who camps authentically and is in costume during public opening hours may attend this event for free. Set up camp on the 30th July. Also, any member attending next weekend event (Same Site) may leave their tent up and their caravan in the car park.



Driffield Game & Country Fair 7/8 Aug. Set up camp on Thurs 5th (or Fri 6th) leave on Mon 9th. YO25 9DN

There is a railway station within walking distance.



South Yorkshire Show 25/26 Sept. Set up camp on 24th. DN2 6BB

Both these events are on the same site. For the Steam Fair please set up camp on the 30th. For all those doing both events you may leave your camp and or caravan on site until the following weekend.

If you are only coming to the Game & Country Fair you can set up camp on the 5th or 6th Aug.

I’m hoping most of you can make both events because then we can have a round up.
